Protocols for no Recetion

Day before

if know before the date to call each client and let them know to wait in thare cars and to arive in good time for there  appointment for a therapist to come out to them.

This call needs to be noted on the clients account formula history. If no answer from the client, please text the client and email the client the draft for this is on salon iris ready.

do this by going in to each client and you have to send each one individually and go to draft massages, Please remmber emails is the last resalt as not meany Clients look at there emails daley.

The notice sign that is at reception and on the reception computer must be in a clear papper wallet to keep save from rain is to go on the salon reception door 1st thing that morning at head hight neet and tidey.

Door locked at all times key to stay in for therapist to use. locked each and everytime a client comes in and out.

No time to be running late clinets must arive on time.

All staff that day must pull together in helping each other leting clients in and out of the salon. it is very inportent that clinets are put on the medle floor waiting area dew to stock in reception, we must keep that safe and help the client feel relax away from reception.

Please always apolizage to each client about no reception team, any appointments wanting to book take the name an number and say we will give them a call asoon as we can. Please pop this in the reception diary for the next recetion team to do asap , or if any therapist have any gaps that day please make the calls and note that you called them back ,if you get no answer on there formala history.
