 Hi all , can you believe it’s October.

This focus for this month is

•Cleaning – tops of cupboards, skirting bords, moving  chairs  – we have my carpet cleaner in admin please clean all Material  chairs in your rooms- it is loud so be mindful where clients are.

Leanne did our waiting area Clint chairs( thanks Leanne )  So please ask Leanne or Susan how to work it and please think it is mine not the business I would like it back soon.

•stock checks/takes

•are you ready for Christmas ?

•Letting clients know about offers we have on

•Selling products

•Helping clients with Christmas gift ideas

•Talking gift vouchers with them

I will in sure we have watts app set up soon as I know you all like to message on that, and I still need your lateral flow images which are very much  appreciated.

New changes

•Hot drinks will be offered to clients having a pedicure. I hope you all know how to now make the drinks you have had time.

•Cash is now being taken in salon

•Please be incourage to clients about pop in to salon to book or buy products this is important as this bond has been Brocken by covid. Our salon door is always open now.

•Please do keep in mind that the covid 19 is still out there and not everyone has been vaccinated.

Christmas decorations to start to be introduced from November anyone can help please see me

I know Megan likes to help too…

I am hoping to be fully out of the staffroom in the next 4 weeks. A new table will be ordered for the staffroom.

•Salon pro Overflow stock will be moved out you will need to see me for any pro products needed.

•Samples for clinet’s ~ very happy for therapists to have a sample for a client please insure it is a sample =1

If there is only 2 samples left please do not take one as it is possible to be allocate to on online order.
Please inform Susan or Leanne ASAP.

Rotas are up on portal as Casey is off aswell
