We will also do our Christmas gift boxes like our birthday boxes keep an eye out……
- Please keep up the cleaning- I really do not want to see wax on the floors, you have the time now more than ever ….. so please keep your room clean.
- Please keep the still clean I do not want to see spoons left about and stop taking the hand towels Megan 😉 get your own from the ppe cupboard.
- Please can all that’s all 5 rooms have the nail desks have the glass tops taken off and cleaned asap….. With glass cleaner please and blue roll.
- Clients must be watched at all times coats and bags and belongings controlled at all times, that is why you have trays. When clients mask slips, please tell them in a kind manner and the same for a work college we must not be frightened of telling someone. Play it down say mine always full’s down to.
- Please remember reception will be having gift vouchers sold more so will have more customers coming in and out of the salon, so because of this we will have Susan and Lauren working together from Thursday next week up until close of business on the 23rd December.
- Reception are finding it so hard having to tell customers to stay out side if clients do tell you that the door was closed please tell your client we are trying to keep everyone safe , we really do not like to close the door but have to control the flow of people in the salon….. Please tell them to wait in the car reception will call them.
- Decleor will have a price increase coming in February
- Medik8 facials are coming to salon in January 2021
- REN Facials are coming to salon in January 2021
- Staffroom floor is now the 6th Jan – Jessica you are block- as I will need your room to put stuff in, but I want you Jess to use the time for training or videos should only be half a day. and not as noisy as before.
- online has its new way of processing orders on the computer , so we have no paper work this should help with any discrepancy
- We will put to making on the reception floor, so clients can stand to each computer.

- Jessica was our employee of the month for November and Olivia is Our December employee of the month well done girls.

Well girls what a year it has been, I want to reflect on the year 2020 that closed our salon. Not only was it shocking it showed your strength to keep going.
I completely understand, we have all had our own thoughts about the changes in our lives. you must know that we all stand in our job rolls today because of you and your fellow collages. it is the team that keeps us all going.
As we have had to change as much as we can and adapt to our new world, we can do it with pride. We are still here and we will continue to be as one Happy PB Team. We will not be able to offer bonuses this year and for that I am very sorry for, but let’s see what next year will bring on for 2021……. I can’t wait.
