Ear Piercing is back in the salon with Ellice – and already very popular.
Eleice is offering 2 New Massage treatments
Elemis Bespoke Frangipani Full Body Massage 60 minutes for £65 (50-55 mins hands on)
Lavender Deep Dreams Massage 60 mins for £65 (50-55 mins hands both Massages are light to medium pressure and our on our website it is very inportent that you tell the client up on booking about the pressure.
Ellice is also offering some pure beauty massage treatments not all!! see Ellices offers this month.
Megan has been on training with Hd Brows this month for BrowSculpt and the treatment can be booked in with megan now.
be mind full when taking booking this is all the team as we have had 3 pedicure book for the nail room we can us over flow room 3 but please note this could change very soon if we have a beauty therapist start, so not to book long term treatments.
New stock system all stock has to be put on the system even what has sold in salon Susan and Nataile know who todo this stock move movements same as deliverys and out of date stock or damage stock, it is very inportent.
Remmber Holiday time is coming and staff are expected to help cover all arears, so please look at your rota on portal we are trying to do rotas in and advance, Kaya and Ellice shifts may change. Kaya maybe in online more so please both of you keep an eye out.
Rota’s for therapist are going to be amended in September to help give some flex abilaty. We are going to trial 1 Saturday off a month per therapist and them work a Monday insed, I can only put this in if all holidays for therapist are in 1st for the period of September to Januery. I will need them in by end May so please can all therapist have booked there holidays by then. Thanks.
Jobs needed to be done by the team
- Lavender the garden cut
- All skirting boards wiped over with water and fabric sofner to help remove the dust and help the salon smell nice
- All walls wiped – LIGHT SWICHES TO PLEASE
- Screens update for April
- Deep clean of the friedge
- Deep clean of both bathroom thats skirting aswell
- Pull all chairs out and sweep and mop the floors
- Deep clean of all chairs
- Post the photos of the palets out the bog for free
- We need to insure room 3 is set up ready for treatments asap ( as I have had to use the beauty rooms as over flow for nails)
- Gelish and Shellac colour weels need to be in room 3 as well so new ones need doing asap.
Everyone need to let me know when things are runing out I don’t have time to keep poping to the shop it is really is a pain when I go one moring and have to then go again the next day. When you use the last of somthing or somthink is coming to the end put a note on my desk please same when I have phone call I need to know on the note who had taken the call how is was and what it is about. passing comments aret helpfull I speack to alot of people per day.

Casey is doing realy well looking after online well done casey, All help for online is expectied dew to the bank holidays coming up, box making and helping out will be needed so please ask if your free/had a gap.
I have also notice that gossping is staying low please keep it out of the salon.
I ask again it is courtesy to infom your boss or senior of you leaving just because it says you finish on the rota , I Expect you to ask, this could be an over site but is is expected. seam to have slip alittle of late. Team Work is a must for all of us.
luches are put in at a time that suits the busniss need I do not exsect move ment so you can be with your friends! please insure that move ment of luch is not do with out myslef or a senior permission.
