I have noticeds that reception is leaning on therapist to cover this is not really the way it should run Reception team this is your job to look after clients before and after treatments. Therapist need to be cleaning there rooms after the end of a treatment – I like team work ,but when cleaning after a client is not getting properly done or a client is waiting past there appounitment time this is not acceptable . Therapist should had over to reception team and let them do there job.
Reception team Toilet checks and washing up Checks this should not be left to the end of the day cover of reception needs to be a reception team member. Your roll as reception is to manage your day big appountsments then you can do biger jobs. don’t go and make a hot drink when clients are dew in this is madness. The camrea is up on the top for just in case a working comes in, so a receptions can go down. Don’t make your day harder for your self than it needs to be.
kaya is still in need of models on mondays please get booking , lvl models are needed for Victoria after the training and models we will open Victoria up for 25% off so if clients want to book in thay can after that point just put them on the wait list and we will call when ready.
