  1. Spy Machine
    1. Concerns were expressed over the laptop in Admin and it’s purpose. Craig clarified that it is not for the purpose of spying on staff and that he is generally too busy to be sitting looking at the camera all day long.
  2. Q & A
    1. How do we deal with complaints? (Lilly)
      1. The same as you do now. Get them back in to allow us to see if it can be corrected. If not then we refund them.
    2. Who will be buying milk and everyday purchases? (Casey)
      1. Susan will be and someone will have to pick this us when Susan is off.
    3. What about Room Renters? (Casey)
      1. Room Renters will be treated exactly the same as our Therapists. They will be treated just as we treat Megan. We will take care of them and look after their clients and keep the building clean.
    4. How do product sales get recorded?
      1. Sales to a Client that have been in with a Therapist should be on that ticket under the Therapists Name.
      2. Sales to Client or Customer that have come in to buy products should be sold under Tasha’s name.
      3. Tickets should not be amended by Therapists to increase their commissions.
  3. End of Day
    1. End of day must balance every single day. No excuses. Start test balancing at 4pm daily. If you cannot balance call Craig on 07515 337400 to assist.
  4. Stock Security
    1. Stock Security is top priority.
    2. Stock must be kept in Admin as much as possible.
    3. Admin must be locked when processing has ended for the day.
    4. If anyone wants stock from Admin it must be issued by Front of House Team Member.
  5. Bonus Scheme
    1. We will be starting a Profit Related Bonus Scheme to be paid in January each year.
    2. All Staff will be eligible.
    3. Bonus will be paid if the business makes a profit. If it does not then no bonus will be payable.
    4. Bonus will be a points system based upon:
      1. Weekly Hours Worked
      2. Positive Actions will give more points:
        1. Covering Sickness
        2. Covering Holiday
      3. Negative Actions will remove points.
      4. The more points the bigger the bonus.
  6. Holidays
    1. Holidays cannot be taken at the same time as anyone else on the Front of House Team.
  7. Processing Orders
    1. Tuesdays or Wednesdays after Bank Holiday
      1. Lilly will process orders until stock is used.
    2. Top priority,
    3. Tight control over stock and spending to ensure more stock of the stuff we sell most of.
