Pure Beauty’s Cancellation Policy

 

It is very important to everyone at Pure Beauty that we are able to offer our clients the very best service and treatments at a time that is convenient to them. We take our clients’ bookings very seriously and allocate all of our resources and prepare for our clients’ treatments, and their visit to our salon, with great care.

We are also very aware that it can be difficult to book the appointments with our therapists due to their diaries’ being full.

We are very understanding when appointments have to be cancelled due to illness, family or work commitments or for a variety of different reasons beyond the control of our clients’, and we have always found that our clients pay us the greatest of respect and provide us with as much notice as possible when cancellation cannot be avoided.

In order to be as fair as possible to all of our clients, including those who are unable to book in to see us due to diary congestion, we are therefore re-affirming our cancellation policy.

  • Cancellations or Moving of appointments made the day before your appointment are absolutely fine and utterly understandable.
  • Cancellations or Moving of appointments made on the day of your appointment may incur a 50% charge.
  • Failure to arrive for an appointment, a No Show, may incur a 100% charge.
  • Late arrival for an appointment may result in a curtailed treatment or a cancellation due to time restrictions. The original full cost of the booked treatments will be charged.

The Cancellation Policy will only apply under very unusual circumstances and will be applied with thought and care on a case by case basis. We fully understand that sometimes life simply gets in the way and we are sure that you will agree that it is fair, measured and reasonable.
