Hi, I’m Vikki — and Reflexolo.me was born from a deeply personal experience.
There was a time in my life when stress and conflict felt overwhelming. Searching for something — anything — to help, I booked a reflexology treatment. If I’m honest, I wasn’t expecting much more than a foot massage. But I was willing to try.

What I experienced was so much more.

It wasn’t just a treatment — it was the most peaceful, calm and zen I had felt in a long time. I left feeling light as a feather, almost like I was walking on air. After just one hour, I felt completely different. And I was hooked.
I was amazed at how powerful reflexology could be — how something so gentle could create such profound relaxation and reset.

The Mission

My mission became clear:
To provide this incredible treatment to others who may be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or simply in need of space to breathe.

In 2023, I began training with Caritas School of Reflexology, an Association of Reflexologists (AoR) affiliated school known for delivering some of the highest levels of reflexology training in the field.

After 12 months of study, over 100 hours of case studies, and balancing training alongside a full-time job, I qualified as a reflexologist and became a proud member of the AoR.

Creating Space for Calm

My mission remains the same — to offer reflexology and other holistic treatments that bring people peace, calm and a true nervous system reset.

Since qualifying, I have continued to expand my skills through specialised training in:

• Menopause reflexology
• Natural lift facial massage

And I am committed to continually growing my expertise so I can support my clients in the most nurturing, effective way possible.
Reflexolo.me is more than a treatment — it’s a space to pause, reset and reconnect.
