I’m Mel – owner of MH Beauty & Microblading, wife, and proud mum to two amazing boys.

With nearly 15 years in the beauty industry, I’ve built my career around one simple goal: helping people feel confident, relaxed, and truly looked after.

I qualified in NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy in 2013 and spent my first 7 years working in a busy salon in Lichfield, where I developed a strong foundation in professional treatments, advanced skin knowledge, and exceptional client care.

When my first son was born, I took a leap of faith and became self-employed – allowing me to grow my business while staying true to my passion for beauty and wellbeing.

After training in Microblading, I began working from a small room on the top floor of a hair salon. What started as a big dream in a tiny space soon grew into something much bigger. In 2024, I made the move to the beautiful Pure Beauty, where I also trained with CACI Beauty – a milestone that marked the next chapter of my business and felt like the perfect home for my brand.

While eyebrows are my niche (and I’m often referred to as “The Brow Queen of Lichfield” ), I also have extensive experience in luxury facials and deep tissue massage. I’m proud to be highly trained in advanced skin treatments, including:

• CACI Advanced Skin Treatments – 2024

This allows me to deliver results-driven, bespoke treatments tailored to each client’s skin and goals.

I truly love meeting new people and welcoming clients into my space. I’m known for my warm, friendly nature and creating an environment where everyone feels instantly at ease.

Fun fact: I once placed 3rd in the region for Beauty Therapy at a WorldSkills competition — a moment I’m still incredibly proud of.
