Enhanced Cleaning

Our Beauty Salon is always spotlessly clean. It is a central tenet of what we do and how we offer our the high levels of customer service to our Clients. Never the less, during the Coronavirus (CoViD)-19 Public Health Issue we will be increasing the frequency with which we clean the Salon.

Cleaning of the Treatment Rooms

• The Treatment Rooms is swept and mopped each morning.
• The Treatment Rooms are cleaned before and after each appointment and Sanitiser is used on all hard and high traffic areas.
• All Product Trolleys and equipment that is not being used is covered prior to each treatment.
• All Products and Equipment are cleaned after use and Sanitiser applied where appropriate.

Cleaning of Public Areas

Clients’ Toilet

• The Clients’ Toilet is swept and mopped each morning.
• All of the Bathroom fixtures and fittings are are cleaned thoroughly prior to opening.
• The Clients’ Toilet is cleaned regularly throughout the day and Sanitiser is used on all hard and high traffic areas.

Reception

• Reception is is swept and mopped each morning.
• All of the Hard Surfaces are cleaned thoroughly and Sanitised prior to opening and throughout the day.
• Retail Products and Testers are only handled by Staff and are cleaned after every use.
• All high traffic areas are cleaned and Sanitised throughout the day.
• The Card Payment Machine is cleaned and Sanitised following each use.

Contact Surfaces

• All door handles will be Sanitised throughout the day:
  • Front Door
  • Fire Doors
  • Treatment Room Doors
  • Door to Administration
• The Stair Hand Rails will be Sanitised throughout the day.
